The building of the former arena - theater Tizengauza - an architectural monument of the late XVIII century. He was a member Gorodnitsa. Built in 1772 by architects Sacco and Mather as the first public theater. This highly professional opera troupe balletnaya A.Tizengauza, dancers and Ryminsky Darevskaya, Warsaw became the stars of the ballet. In the XIX century the building was built third floor.
In the interwar period are placed Theatre. E.Ozheshko, after World War II - Regional Drama Theatre from 1984 - Regional Puppet Theatre.
