Booking and payment for excursions around Belarus

There are two ways of coordination of a tour details and making agreement:

• on the internet at the page of your booking application.
  Please, fill in the form at the page of Customer's booking application or tell your details to a specialist. Tourist services agreement and invoice payment will be available on your booking application web-page.

• You can complete the formalities for booking in the office. We are always glad to meet you and invite you to our cozy office.

Choose a convenient way to pay for a tour and currency of payment (BYN, RUB, EUR):

• Online payment by cards Mastercard, Visa, Mir via system bePaid

  Payment online with a payment card through the «bePaid» System without bank commission - online payment for excursions using bank payment cards Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, Belkart, Mir*. More information about payment in the section bePaid System.
  *For citizens of the Russian Federation, payment is available only using cards of the Mir payment system. In this case, the amount for payment is billed in Belarusian rubles, and the debit from the card occurs in Russian rubles at the exchange rate of the bank that issued the card.

• Via System Assists for Belarusian citizens in belarusian rubles (BYN);

  Payment in the «Assists» (ERIP) system in Belarus without bank commission - payment for an excursion using cash, electronic money and bank payment cards in bank branches or online using Internet banking. More information about payment for services in the section Assists System (ERIP).

• In the bank at the place of your residence

  Bank transfer - payment of a bill at a bank branch in Belarus or international transfer of money to Belarus. The amount of the transfer fee depends on the bank's tariffs. To pay the bill, contact the bank with the following documents: passport, bill and contract for the provision of tourist services. Money transfers are made from your bank account or a deposit opened with a bank. It is possible to make a bank transfer without opening a bank account. Funds are credited to the tour operator’s account within 1-3 banking days.

  Payment for the excursion at the company's cash desk in the office in cash in Belarusian rubles or with a bank plastic card without commission. If for any reason you cannot use the paid service, you can change or cancel your application. All adjustments, including the date of the excursion and the composition of the excursionists, must be made in writing on the application page.

For group excursions there is a possibility of free cancellation 48 hours before the start of the excursion with a full refund. In case of cancellation of a paid individual excursion (tour), we return the cost of the excursion or tour minus the actual expenses incurred. These expenses represent payment of a commission to the bank for accepting payment, consulting services, penalties under the agreement between the tour operator and the excursion object, if any.
The amount of the consulting service depends on the type of excursion (tour) and is:

• For group one-day excursions - 15.00 bel. rub. (BYN);
• For group multi-day tours - 30.00 bel. rub. (BYN);
• For individual/corporate one-day excursions - 50.00 BYN. rub. (BYN);
• For individual/corporate multi-day tours - 100.00 BYN. rub. (BYN).

For foreign citizens, the amount of consulting services in RUB, USD and EUR is recalculated at the rate of the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus. Refunds are made directly to the customer of the excursion or tour. When paying for an excursion with a bank card, a refund is made to the card from which the payment was made.
