A memorial column was built in the late XVIII century in honor of the Constitution of the Commonwealth on May 3, 1791

The adoption of the Constitution in 1791 was palpable threat to the feudal anarchy and self-government, because according to this document, the Commonwealth became a constitutional monarchy, which declared freedom of the press and of conscience, glasnost Court, the abolition of feudal rights.

A memorial column in the Deep, wrapped in the spirit of the Belarusian history, still attracts tourists and is a popular excursion sites.
