MaliVur
Description
The Fairyland of MaliVur is a unique themed place located near Minsk, in the village of Dobrenevo in the Logoysk district. Opened in the summer of 2022, this park transports its visitors into a magical world where fantastic stories come to life.
The main idea of MaliVur is to create an atmosphere where fairy-tale characters coexist harmoniously: hobbits (here they are called dobravits), elves, dragons, and wizards. Here, you can visit the cozy houses of the dobravits, see a giant fire-breathing dragon, participate in interactive programs, and even try to pull a sword from the stone.
MaliVur is especially popular with families with children – the park features many play areas, fairy-tale photo zones, and entertainment spots. You can visit the park independently or as part of a tour from Minsk. For travel enthusiasts, tours around Belarus are organized with a visit to MaliVur. It is a perfect place to immerse yourself in a magical atmosphere, enjoy nature, and take unforgettable photos.
The History of MaliVur
Legend has it that once in Belarus, there was a village inhabited by kind creatures called dobravits. They always helped those in need and lived in harmony with elves, dragons, and wizards. This fairy tale inspired the creators to establish MaliVur – a place where visitors can learn about the lives of these extraordinary beings.
The idea for the park arose as a response to the growing interest in fairy-tale worlds and fantasy culture. In 2022, the founders brought their vision to life, starting with small houses, thematic buildings, and a fire-breathing dragon. In the future, they plan to expand the park, create new themed areas, and develop interactive programs.
Architecture of MaliVur
The main attraction of the park is a giant fairy-tale dragon, which not only impresses with its size but can also breathe fire. According to rumors, if you enter the dragon, you can hear its breathing and heartbeat, but this experience is available only at certain times.
The park features unique dobravit houses showcasing the everyday life of these fairy-tale creatures: cozy rooms, a puppet theater, low ceilings, and bunk beds. All interior items can be touched, and in some houses, visitors can even sit on the beds and imagine themselves as MaliVur residents.
There is also a gazebo where dobravits gather for evening meetings by the fireplace and a "place of power" – a sword embedded in a stone that all guests try to remove, but so far, no one has succeeded.
