Description
Kamai is a small place with a great heritage. Particularly interesting here is the Church of St. John - a temple of a defensive type, which was preserved for us by the oldest organ on Belarus and the canvas "Christ and the Orphan". We go further: on the way to Postavy - the city owes its fame to the Tyzengauz. Their palace became the main attraction. Further, in the village of Luchai, it is worth seeing a temple combining the styles of baroque and classicism. This is a route of curious discoveries.

There is a three of especially remarkable temples in Belarus - defensive type. One of them towers on the hill in the center of the settlement of Kamai. The Saint John the Baptist's church constructed at the beginning of the 17th century was never closed and didn't stop the work - powerful defensive towers and strong walls protect from troubles and destructions. And there is something to protect: not only the architecture of the temple, but also the organ, oldest in Belarus, which is stored here, and a canvas «Christ and the orphan» is unique.

He was created in the palace the most beautiful and richest in Eastern Europe ornithological museum. In addition to the museum in the palace were valuable engravings and books, luxurious collections of paintings, among which, presumably, were the original works of Leonardo da Vinci, Rembrandt, Rubens.
