On May 9, 2017, in the city park of Lepel, traditionally, there is «We will Always Remember this Date!» historical calendar holiday for the Victory. The 72nd anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War will be celebrated. As always, a few thousand inhabitants will assemble in the city square to pay tribute and memory of the soldiers of the Great Victory.
