Location

Mosar is a village in the Glubokoe district of the Vitebsk region. The village is located 180 km from Minsk and 200 km from Vitebsk.

History of the development

First mentioned in 1514 as the possession of Yuri Zenovich. For more than 200 years, the village belonged to Brzhostovsky. Since 1921, Mosar was part of Poland. In 1939, Mosar entered the BSSR.

Tourism potential

The main attraction of the village is Mosar Church of St. Anne.
