Description

Church of St. Alexander Nevsky - a monument of wooden architecture, was built as a temporary in 1993 year next to the Church of the Annunciation until its final restoration.

Temple built in the retrospective style, combining the traditions of the Belarusian and northern wooden architecture. Resembles the first Orthodox churches, including St. Michael Church in Upper Castle consists of two rectangular log cabins - the main covered gable roof has a hipped end of the head, and smaller - altar, too, under the gable roof with a dome-bulb.

The first Divine Liturgy accomplished in January 7, 1993 year, and December 6, 1995 year consecrated throne.
