Church of Nativity 0f The Blessed Virgin Mary in Zaslavl

Church of Nativity of The Blessed Virgin Mary - an architectural monument of the Baroque. Built in the late XVIII century. Market Square in the historic center of Zaslavl place of the old wooden church on the initiative of Pshezdetsky Anthony, owner of Zaslavl county. In the second half of XIX century the church was closed by Russian authorities. At the request of local people in the church kept the old image of the Virgin, adorned the main altar. Remains unchanged and the name of the temple - Blessed Virgin Mary. In the lower part of the church, under the altar, was the tomb of the family Pshezdetsky.
