On 26-29 of March 2013 a forum for professionals in the sphere of production, trade, restaurant and hotel business - «HoReCa&RetailTech» will take place in Minsk.
This forum collects a large number of participants from the various countries, and also the numerous audience. During carrying out a forum buyers and clients have opportunity to estimate work of leading Belarusian producers and sellers of the equipment and food. Practical seminars, master classes and presentations.
Exhibitions during a forum will work according to thematic sections. So, for example, in specialized salon «Tea. Coffee» will are presented various types and grades of tea, coffee, and also chocolate, soft ice cream and equipment for their preparation.
In the section HoReCa the audience and participants of a forum will be able to examine food, alcoholic and soft drinks, confectionery, and also the equipment for bars, cafe (furniture, textiles, ware and many other things).
In the section RETAIL (technology of retail trade) the equipment for minibakeries, the thermal, refrigerating, electromechanical, trade and vendingovy appliances will be shown.
By all means carrying out of the Gastronomic competition «Culinary Olympus» where the best chef from known restaurants of Belarus and invited chefs from other countries will show the art of preparation of dishes and will carry out open master classes.
