Film festival «Cinema Perpetuum Mobile»
13-15 of January, 2012 «Cinema Perpetuum mobile» – the international festival-film will pass in Minsk.
The project purpose is a cultural variety in means of cinema and advancement of an independent art film. The Festival-film cooperation aspires to capture all countries and continents from Scandinavia to cape of Kind hope and from Patagonia to the Aleutian islands. It is the noncommercial project which organizers apply only for the reimbursement, connected with action carrying out. Participation in festival opened and free. Each participant according to the set theme: «Perpetuum mobile» removes shorts-muvi lasting not more than 20 minutes. The participant can send and a ready film which has been made by it earlier if, in his opinion, work answers the festival concept. Each author is free in art interpretation of a theme of festival, concept «Perpetuum mobile». Any genres, except documentary cinema, and also animation are accepted.
