New version of the law on tourism

In Belarus on the 6th of October, 2010 a new version of the law
On Tourism came into force, as a result travel voucher was repealed.
In place of the tourist voucher comes standard service contract . A standard form of contract providing tourism services has been approved by the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus, October 5, 2010.
Now PRPUE \"Automated tourism technologies\" signs a standard travel service contract with the customers and the customers receive a travel permit, designed by our company.

In comparison with the tourist voucher, it is possible to edit and add new paragraphs to the typical service contract at the request of a tourist or travel agency. At the same time provided tourist services, route, timing, etc are written in the travel program.

Standard form of contract based on the principles of the two documents regulating the activities in the tourism industry for over 20 years in the European Community. This is a Council Directive on travel, vacations and trips, including all \"№ 90/314/EES (Luxembourg) on 13 June 1990 and a model contract to be signed by the travel agency and the client under the Directive.
