Festival of medieval culture Rubon 2017

At the territory of the most ancient city of our country Polotsk near the Immortality Mound the most largest medieval festival «Rubon» will take place already the sixth time. To plunge into the atmosphere of the past, to learn the history and culture of our ancestors you will be able watching the participants of a knightly tournament and reconstruction of medieval fight during the second and third day of the festival. The platform with handicraftsmen and concerts of medieval music, master classes, the medieval ships will be there. The special attention should be payed to the culinary festival which will take place on 2nd of September. Here you will be able to taste the dishes of authentic medieval kitchen. On the 1st of September the festival will begin with the fabulous show program «Terra Incognita» - mystical fiery representation, acrobatic tricks by the actor of the theater «Cirque du Soleil», unforgettable drawings and Teslo coils.
