The competition was attended by 28 people - winners of the regional stages of the contest from all regions of the Republic of Belarus
. The program of the competition:- New Year parade, defile Santa Clauses and Snow Maidens,
- plot and game programs,
- musical and dance performances,
- number of original genre.
- \"Best Santa Claus\" (the winner is determined by the results of the whole competition program);
- \"Best role-playing program\".
