Mulyavin Vladimir (12.01.1941 - 26.01.2003) - artistic director of the ensemble "Pesnyary" (vocals, guitar, composition, arrangement): 1968 - 1998. and 1998 - 2003's. He was born in Sverdlovsk in a working class family "Uralmasha." He graduated from the eight-year school in Sverdlovsk.
In 1956 - 1958 years. studied at the School of Music at the Sverdlovsk branch of stringed folk instruments. In 1958 - 1963 years. - Worked as an artist-instrumentalist in the Tyumen Oblast pop concert bureau, Tomsk, Kemerovo, Chita Oblast Philharmonic. Of 1963-1964. - Moved to Belarus, was employed by the Bureau of pop concert of the Belarusian State Philharmonic (he worked as an artist-guitarist before being drafted into the army at the end of December 1964). In 1965-1967 he participated in the Army company commander vocal quartet. In October 1967, joined the staff of the Belarusian State Philharmonic as an artist-guitarist of pop department, participated in the vocal-instrumental ensemble "Orbit-67"
In 1968, there was a live band "Lyavony" - backup group along with vaudeville revue "Lyavonіha" the Belarusian State Philharmonic Society. Soon began to self-presentation, Vladimir Mulyavin was appointed Artistic Director. In 1970, "Lyavony" changed their name to "Pesnyary." In 1973 Vladimir Mulyavin was awarded the honorary title "Honored Artist of the Byelorussian SSR." In 1979 was awarded the honorary title "People's Artist of the Byelorussian SSR." In 1991 awarded the honorary title "People's Artist of the USSR" In October of 1994. awarded the Medal of F. Skarina. January 12, 1998. Order of the Minister of Culture of Belarus from 31.12.1997g. relieved of the post of Director - artistic director of the Belarusian State Ensemble "Pesnyary." Left to the post of artistic director.
