Beshenkovichy historical- ethnographic museum was founded in 1979 as a museum of military glory, in 1987 as a historical museum. Has seven exhibition halls. Among the exhibits - archeological finds, materials on the history of Beshenkovichi area: the events of 1917, civil war, post-war reconstruction period. The main place in the museum devoted to the section on World War II: defensive battles in the summer of 1941, the establishment and operation of underground organizations and guerrilla movements, the release Beshenkovichi District in 1944. Also in the museum are paintings, drawings and sculptures. The museum is housed in the demonstration area of 208.9 m2 halls. Museum exhibits housed in five permanent and three temporary traveling exhibitions. The total number of museum objects is 19939, of which the main fund is 14118, auxiliary science is 5821. Tours are held at the museum two researchers.
