Description

Church of Krestovozdvizhenskaya - a monument of architecture retrospective Russian style, built in 1914 of bricks in place of a wooden church.
The canonical 4-partial longitudinal axial composition of the temple is 3-tiered bell tower, rectangular in plan refectory, cube-shaped prayer hall, 5-sided apse. Belfry (2 octagon on the quadrangle) and 4-inclined roof of the main volume of completed onion domes on 8-sided light drums. The decor of the facades used serrated friezes, carved pilasters and corner of the blade. The side facades are designed as the bulk of the large arched window opening flanked by two tiers of arched window openings.
The interior - a light drum sail, isolated by wood iconostasis apse, the icons of the 18th century. «Saint Nicholas» and «The Virgin Hodegetria».
