Description

An Uniate church of XVI century was at the site the Ascension Church (The image of this church is on Horde`s pictures ). At the end of the XIX century the church was rebuilt.

The bell from the old church hung in the new Church of the Ascension. This bell was cast in honor of the old noble family of Voina, which owned Molodovo. The bell is a living witness to history and an indicator of very high professional skills of artisans XVI century. It is decorated with ornaments, family coat and the Belarusian text . The family coat consists of three horns, three crayfish and five-pointed star. The inscriptions on the bell is an original work of epigraphic literature, which describes the honorary titles Matej Voina, his personal qualities, his family life, his wife and children. The inscription says that the bell must belong the church in Molodovo forever.

Time has left its mark on the bell. During the war the Bell hid in the earth. During the era of atheism he was taken to Minsk, but people have return the bells to their original location.
