The manor in Skoki - a monument of landscape art and Baroque architecture. It was built in the 1770s as a manor house on the family estate of Nemtsevich. A public figure, a Polish writer and publicist Julian Niemcewicz, one of the authors of the Constitution of 1791, an associate of the Kosciuszko uprising in 1794 was born and lived here. P>
