The house was built in 1890-93 according to the project of the architect K.Shreteria in the Neo-Renaissance style. The building is two-storeyed with a high asymmetric roof. The farmstead consists of 36 rooms. Some rooms are presented in different styles. There are halls, decorated in the "Romanesque", "Renaissance", "Arabic" styles. There is an exposition of antique furniture and other antique objects in the halls.
There is a one-storey brick wing with an asymmetric volumetric-spatial composition not far from the house.The outbuildings are represented by the building of the former winery, stables, storage space, which are decorated with various architectural elements
The park - a botanical nature sanctuary of republican value, the area is about 10 hectares. Here grow a fir Siberian, a fir-tree red, a larch European, an oak red, Shveydler's maple, etc.
