Description

Oshmiany Church of St. Michael the Archangel - an architectural monument of neo-baroque. It was built in 1900-10 years. architect Vaclav Mikhnevich Franciscan monastery on the site of the 14th century. In 1948, it closed the factory located in the building. In 1989 he returned to the Catholic Church, were restored.
It is a two-towered nave basilica with five-sided apse and side vestries. It has tiered volume-spatial composition. The main nave is covered with a gable roof, lower side aisles - Shed. Inside the naves covered with barrel vaults. On each side of the main facade are five-tiered hipped high tower. The main entrance is decorated with a triangular portico inscription «Te Deum Laudamus» (You, God, praise).
