The VIII festival of art of N.Churkin ”Mstislavl - 2009”
The 1 of september 2009 Mstislavl will acquire creative groups from all regions of Belarus. The participation of Mikhail Finberg, the principal of National orchestra is expected. This festival is organized with the support of the Ministry of culture and Mogilev regional executive commettee.
