Since August 22, 2013, in accordance with the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus № 725 on amendments to the Visa rules of the Republic of Belarus, all foreign nationals arriving in the Republic of Belarus via Minsk National Airport, are able to obtain visas at the airport.

To obtain a visa You need to provide in advance visa support documents in original to the Office of the Chief of entry of the consular department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA CD OCE):
- for registration of short-term visas - not later than 3 working days before the expected date of arrival of the foreigner;
- to design long-term visas - not later than 5 working days before the expected date of arrival of the foreigner.
Due to the serious illness or death of a close relative or family member of a foreigner visa support documents can be provided at the time of application of the foreigner for a visa.
Visa support documents in MFA CD OCE can be provided on its own or by mail (recording to the delivery time).
