Diet therapy is an essential part of health resort treatment. Nutrition in Belarusian health resorts is strictly regulated by official documents approved by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus.
According to the regulatory framework, Belarusian health resorts offer standard diets identified by letter codes: B, H, M, P, T, and NK. These diets are prescribed both for patients with chronic diseases and for healthy vacationers — for prevention and general wellness.
