Archeological open-air museum is the first tourist object of its kind in Belarus. The buildings and expositions of the museum were built in the flood plain of the Lesnaya Pravaya River at the Kamenyuki-1 archeology site.

The idea of creating a museum in Belovezhskaya Pushcha appeared 10 years ago, when artifacts of the Stone, Bronze and Iron Ages were found during the period of archeological excavations. Under the construction was allocated more than 16 hectares on a hill near the village of Kamenyuki. The first construction work began in 2017, and in June 2019, its grand opening took place.

The settlement consists of six constructions reflecting the development of the material and spiritual culture of the population of the western regions of Belarus from the Mesolithic, Neolithic, Bronze and Iron Ages to the Middle Ages. An entrance group with a double-wing gate, fortifications, an observation tower, handicraft and housing constructions were built here.
In the interiors of the museum dwellings are presented weapons, objects of hunting and fishing, gathering, crafts.

To make knowledge about he culture and way of life of our ancestors more familiar, interactive sites work in the museum: artisans are selling pots on the streets, livestock is walking in wooden pens, the hosts are cooking dinner..
