History of Creation
The square where the building is located has undergone a long transformation. In the 18th century, it was called Sennaya Square, later renamed Komendantskaya Square. In the 19th century, an Orthodox cathedral was built here, and in 1912, the building of the Noble Loan Bank appeared, giving the square its new name. The bank played an important role in the city's financial life, providing loans to the nobility. Despite changes in its function, the building has retained its historical significance and architectural appearance.
