Bobrujsk-Arena

Bobruisk-arena — the State fizkulturno-sports establishment «Sports complex «Bobruisk-arena»— is sports-entertainment complex in the city of Bobruisk. It is located in a southeast part of a city in territory of a monument of architecture «Bobruisk fortress» on right to river bank Berezina. A basic purpose — carrying out of matches on ice hockey, capacity — 7 191 spectator. The arena is a house platform of hockey club «Dynamo-shinnik»acting in Youth hockey league.

Сomplex building was conducted since July, 2006. Means of republican, regional and city budgets were financing sources. The arena has become operational on May, 31st, 2008. Within the limits of solemn ceremony opening there has passed a companionable match of a president's team of Belarus of Alexander Lukashenko against a world national team.

Arena represents a construction of the round form in diameter of 118,8 m, a total area of 22882,9 square meters. A construction basis is the hockey platform, surrounded with tribunes on 7 191 persons, including 10 places are provided for invalids, 30 more places are located in three guest boxes. Arena basic purpose — carrying out of competitions and training employment on ice hockey, figure skating, a short-track and other ice sports. Possibility of transformation of an ice box in a platform for game sports, combat sports, weightlifting, gymnastics, boxing, and also in a scene for carrying out of concerts and other entertainment actions is provided. During free time from sports actions the ice platform is involved for carrying out of mass skating.
