The monument to Jakub Kolas is established in the village Nikolaevschizna in 1972. The citation «Краю Савецкі, новыя людзі! Песняй вітаю я Вас!» is engraved on the pole of monument.
Nikolaevshchina, as well as many settlements of Stolbtsy district, is connected with life and activity of the national poet of Belarus Jakub Kolas.
