History
The original wooden church in Belousha dedicated to the Life-Giving Trinity was built in 1833 and existed until the early 20th century. The present church building was constructed with donations from parishioners and was consecrated in 1906. Since then, the church has remained active, serving as a spiritual center for the local population.
Architecture
The church in Belousha is a wooden structure on a stone foundation, built in the retrospective Russian style with Art Nouveau elements. Above the vestibule rises an octagonal tent-roof bell tower with a dome. The rectangular log structures of the apse and refectory have lower roofs. A multi-pitched roof with an onion-shaped dome in the center is located above the apse. The windows are rectangular, and the facades are horizontally boarded. The main space has a two-tier interior, while the remaining rooms have flat ceilings.
