Through the city there passed the mail service of branches: Mogilev – Babruysk – Slutsk – Nesvizh and Slutsk – Sinyavka – Baranovichi – Warsaw. Up to now, in the territory of the Slutsk district, several inns where there was a change of horses and resorting of mail have remained.
The building of the post station in Slutsk - a monument of architecture of late classicism. It is constructed in the middle of XIX century.
