Now the majority of these constructions is leveled, asphalted and adapted for needs of a national economy. To the 725 anniversary of the city of Kopyl the memorable stone is established. Near mountain Zamkovaja, historical city center, there is a life-giving source of health - a spring ”Krinichka” .

Ancient site of ancient settlement of Kopyl (mountain Zamkovaja) is almost in the center of a modern city. Kopyl - one of the most ancient settlements of Belarus. The first annalistic mention of it concerns to 1274 during an epoch of early iron the site of ancient settlement belonged ancient balts. There are assumptions that on it the pagan sanctuary settled down. The site of ancient settlement has the oval form. In ХIV-ХVI сenturies in its territory there was a lock, and on distance of 250 meters to the south of mountain the rests were saved shaft - the first line of defense of the lock.
