Church of St. Cosma and Domian in Ostrovec
Description
The Church of Cosmas and Domian was built in 1785-1787 from clay on the site of an ancient church and Dominican monastery. After perestroika in the XIX century it acquired the features of neoclassicism and was re-consecrated into the Orthodox Church. The shrine is a three-nave basilica. The interior contains valuable icons of the 18th-19th centuries.
