Description
Erected in August 1975. The monument created by representatives of the three regions: Bryansk region, Gomel region, Chernihiv region. inter-regional competition for the best project of the monument was held. The first prize for the best project was awarded to LA Stukacheva of Gomel region. In the final version of the development engineer VG participated Gomel Maksimovic and Chernigov architect AG Mezhenny. Bas-reliefs executed Kiev sculptors BE Klimushko and EE Gorban. Also participated Bryansk Engineering Plant.
