A monument in honor of soldiers-liberators in Brest

The monument in honor of soldiers-liberators installed on the square in 1965.
Erected in honor of the troops of I Byelorussian Front, who liberated the city from the German fascist invaders. On the monument inscription that says: «July 28, 1944 the valiant troops of the 1st Belorussian Front stormed the city and fortress, ending the complete liberation of the Belarusian land from the invaders».
