The Settlement of the ancient Pinsk is very badly damaged during the reconstructions that have affected its historical center. During construction of the Jesuit church and collegiuma in the XVII century the entire neighborhoods in the eastern part of the roundabout of the city were destroyed .
In the postwar period Pinsk remained ancient planning and construction (at least the end of XIX c.). The city center has been built up with one-and two-story buildings. In their construction of the foundation slightly dug into the cultural layer and damage only the upper, later layers. The central square was surrounded by towering brick wall monumental buildings of the Cathedral and the Jesuit college, built in the middle of the XVII century.
